FAQ
Birthday Parties​​​

1. For mobile home birthday parties, please have space cleared for two 8ft tables & chairs. For outdoor home parties, please have an alternate plan in the chance of rain.
   It is best to have no other activities going on (ie. bouncy house or swimming) while we are doing our party activities.

2. Can family members attend our birthday party?
   Yes, any family members may be present for food & cake but will not participate in the children's activities. 

3. Can I bring extra food for adults?
   Yes, any extra food & drinks may be brought in for adults. No alcohol allowed.

4. Can boys attend our birthday party?
   Of course! We have gender neutral party themes like glow in the dark, squishmellow, etc. They are also welcome to attend a princess party as well!

5. Can we take home any decor from our birthday party?
   No. All decor & balloons, etc. must stay at our venue or be collected after your party. Any missing decor or damages to decor will be billed to the booking parties credit card. 

6. Do you provide cupcake trays or serving utensils?
   Yes. We have cupcake stands available to use. We have utensils to cut & serve your cake for you. We also have lighters to light your candles. 

7. Can we open presents, use piñata or other activities?
   No. Unfortunately time does not allow for opening presents or extra activities. The kids will be busy the entire 2 hours with crafts, games, etc. that we provide to them.

8.  Is my deposit refundable?
   No. Deposits are non refundable for birthday parties. They may be transferred to a different date due to illness or snow travel.
   
   Character Visits

9. Please have a designated space cleared for character activities such as dancing. Have the children gathered in one spot for the characters entrance. During the hot summer months, please have a designated shaded spot for the characters or considered having them inside with air conditioning. Much appreciated!
    

10. Is my deposit refundable?
    No, deposits are non refundable for character visits. They may be transferred to a different date due to illness or snow travel.

11.  Do you offer sensory friendly visits?
    Yes! We are more than happy to interact in a dimly lit/quiet area and tailor our activities to best suit your little one. 

12.  Do you visit schools?
    Yes! Our performers have their
    PA clearances to work with children.

13. Are event tickets refundable?
    No. Event tickets are non refundable. If notice is given prior to 48 hours, tickets can be transferred to a future event.

14. We ask that only 1 adult accompanies their child due to capacity reasons. 

15. Every child participating in the activities will need a ticket.
