FAQ
Character Visits

1. Please have a designated space cleared for character activities such as dancing or workouts. Have the children gathered in one spot for the characters entrance.
    

2. During the hot summer months, please have a designated shaded spot for the characters or consider having them inside with air conditioning, much appreciated!
    

3. Is my deposit refundable?
   No, deposits are non refundable for character visits. They may be transferred to a different date due to illness or snow travel.

4.  Do you offer sensory friendly visits?
   Yes! We are more than happy to interact in a dimly lit/quiet area and tailor our activities to best suit your little one. 

5.  Do you visit schools?
   Yes! Our performers have their
   PA clearances to work with children.

6. Are event tickets refundable?
   No. Event tickets are non refundable. If notice is given prior to 48 hours, tickets can be transferred to a future event.

7. We ask that only 1 adult accompanies their child due to capacity reasons. 

8. Every child participating in the activities will need a ticket.
